Welcome to https://rocketboost.llc (the “Site”), operated by Rocket Boost LLC (“Rocket Boost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Use of the Services

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, website, applications, or platform provided by Rocket Boost LLC (“Rocket Boost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), including any policies and third-party requirements incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.1 Column

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.3 Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

1.4 Compliance

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and Services, including:

(a) the quality and integrity of any data, content, and other information submitted by you or on your behalf;

(b) securing and maintaining any required business insurance; and

(c) complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, PCI DSS, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and international data privacy laws such as the GDPR.

Rocket Boost does not guarantee that the Platform or Services are compliant with your industry-specific legal requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

1.5 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

1.6 Restrictions

You agree not to:

(a) Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Platform or its components;

(b) Use the Services in a manner that violates any law or regulation;

(d) Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.

1.7 Third-Party Service Providers

Rocket Boost may rely on third-party service providers to deliver parts of the Services, including hosting, data storage, communications, and analytics. By using the Platform, you consent to your information being processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

You must comply with any third-party terms applicable to your use of features or integrations delivered via the Platform.

1.8 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Services may be subject to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure.

1.9 Support

Rocket Boost may provide technical or customer support at its discretion. Support hours, channels, and response times are subject to change without notice.

1.10 Beta Features and Feedback

Any features labeled as “beta,” “experimental,” or “preview” are provided “as-is” with no guarantees. We may use any suggestions or feedback you submit without compensation or attribution.

1.11 Platform Updates

Rocket Boost reserves the right to modify or update the Platform at any time, including changes that may affect existing features or workflows. This includes changes to APIs, user interfaces, service tiers, and third-party integrations. You acknowledge that:

(a) Your purchase or use of the Platform is not contingent upon any future features or improvements;

(b) Rocket Boost may discontinue or deprecate any service or feature at its sole discretion;

2. Billing and Payment

2.1 Fees and Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are due in U.S. dollars.

2.2 Payment Method

You must maintain an active, valid payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

2.3 No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable. Rocket Boost does not issue credits or partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, unused services, or failed integrations unless required by law.

3. Cancellation and Termination

3.1 Client Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by written notice to [email protected] or through your account dashboard. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be received at least three (3) business days before renewal.

3.2 Termination by Rocket Boost

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for:

(a) Violation of these Terms;

(b) Nonpayment;

(d) Risk to the security or stability of the Platform.

Data may be deleted upon termination. You are responsible for downloading any required data prior to cancellation or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all intellectual property, are owned by Rocket Boost or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Platform or Services.

You may not use Rocket Boost trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written approval.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and store your data. You are responsible for:

(a) Complying with applicable data protection laws;

(b) Providing necessary privacy notices to, and obtaining consents from, your end-users or contacts;

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

(a) Rocket Boost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity;

(b) Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocket Boost and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

(a) Your use of the Services;

(b) Your breach of these Terms;

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
